Option 1: For Severe Foundation Movement
For a foundation that has sunk or settled, we drive steel piers down to solid ground and set your home on them. Once it’s done there isn’t much to see, so here’s what the work looks like, step by step.

We dig next to your foundation at each spot where a pier is needed, exposing the footer so we can get to it.
A steel bracket is fastened to the footer everywhere a pier is needed. This is what connects your home to the pier.
Piers are driven down through the bracket into the ground until they hit solid earth. Your home’s weight is then carried by the piers instead of the weak soil.
Once your home is supported on the piers, we put the dirt back. You’ll be left with raw dirt patches where we dug.
Once your foundation is supported, we tuck point the repaired areas, replacing cracked or crumbling mortar so the wall looks clean, stays sealed and keeps water out.
Option 2: For Isolated Foundation Issues
When a section of footing needs more support but solid ground isn’t far below it, we build new support right underneath it. Here’s what that work looks like.

We dig out the areas along your foundation that need additional support, exposing the damaged areas.
We build new support beneath the footing with concrete block, mortar, & concrete, giving that section a solid base to sit on.
Once the new support is in place, we recover the area with dirt. You’ll be left with raw dirt patches where we dug.
Peace of Mind
Whether we support your home on helical piers or underpin it with block and concrete, our foundation work comes with a lifetime guarantee. The repairs holding up your home are covered for as long as you own it.
Most of the work happens under your house, not inside it. Here’s what day to day looks like.
Most foundation work happens outside along your foundation or down in the crawl space, so we’re rarely inside your living space.
Expect digging along the foundation and equipment noise during working hours. We fill back in the areas we dig when the work is done.
You’ll know your start date and how many days your job will take before we begin. Larger or messier spaces take longer.
